HUNGRY BUDDHA BARS

Where are your Hungry Buddha® protein bars produced?

Our bars are produced in Canada, in a dedicated nut-free facility.

What is the protein source in your bars?

We use high-quality plant-based protein like pea protein and brown rice protein to help keep you feeling full.

You say your bars are clean, but what does that really mean?

Our bars are carefully crafted with nothing but clean, plant-powered, and purposeful ingredients. Our bars are peanut-free, gluten–free, and formulated without soy, dairy, sugar alcohols or palm oils. Every bar is Certified Keto, Vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified, gluten-free and nut-free. When we say clean, we mean clean!

Can I eat your protein bars if I follow a Keto diet?

Absolutely! Given the net carb and low-sugar content in our bars, as well as the high amounts of good-for-you fats, Hungry Buddha bars are great to snack on if you’re following a Keto diet. In fact, they are even Keto-Certified by the Paleo Foundation, which is considered the ‘gold standard’ in keto certification.

What type of soluble tapioca fiber do you use in your protein snack bars?

The soluble tapioca fiber in our bars is resistant dextrin, and do not contain any isomaltooligosaccharides (IMOs).

Are your protein bars safe for people with peanut/nut allergies?

They sure are! Our bars are produced in a dedicated nut-free facility, making them perfectly safe to enjoy even for those with nut allergies.

Are Hungry Buddha® protein bars gluten-free?

All Hungry Buddha® bars are gluten-free.

Is it possible that I experienced bloating and gas after consuming your protein bars?

It’s no secret that our bars are high in soluble fiber (one bar contains almost half of your daily fiber requirement)! High fiber is a good thing and has so many incredible benefits, but for some of us, our digestive systems can be particularly sensitive when consuming high amounts of fiber in one sitting. Our advice? If you’re looking to increase your fiber, go slow.
